Order confirmation
Orders are reviewed before dispatch. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the recipient, address, intended product and payment method. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be held or cancelled.
Delivery coverage and timing
- We deliver to supported locations across Pakistan through third-party courier services.
- Typical delivery is approximately 2–5 working days after confirmation, depending on city, courier operations, public holidays and weather.
- Remote areas may require additional time or collection from the nearest courier point.
Delivery charges
Any delivery fee or free-delivery threshold is shown in the cart and recalculated by the server at checkout. The confirmed order total is displayed before you place the order.
Correct address and phone number
Customers are responsible for entering a reachable Pakistani mobile number and a complete delivery address. Additional courier charges may apply if a parcel must be resent because the address or phone number was incorrect.
Parcel inspection
Check the outer parcel when it arrives. If it appears damaged, record an unboxing video and contact RozPicks promptly before activating or using the SIM.
