Orders and acceptance
Submitting checkout creates an order request. RozPicks may contact you to confirm details and may decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, cannot be confirmed, contain pricing errors or cannot be fulfilled.
Payments
- Cash on Delivery is paid to the courier at delivery.
- Manual bank transfer orders remain awaiting payment until the transfer is verified.
- Only use bank details shown by RozPicks or shared through an official support channel.
Product use and compatibility
Your phone must be unlocked and compatible with the SIM. Activation, roaming, calling, OTP reception and platform features may vary. Customers must follow applicable platform rules, network terms and local requirements.
No platform or earnings guarantee
RozPicks does not guarantee TikTok Live approval, account verification, OTP delivery, calling functionality, monetization, gifts, earnings or continued access to any third-party platform. Platform rules and network behavior can change independently of RozPicks.
Pricing and availability
Prices, stock and delivery fees may change before an order is confirmed. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before fulfilment.
Acceptable use
Products must not be used for fraud, impersonation, spam, unlawful access or any activity that violates a network or platform policy. RozPicks may refuse support or future orders where misuse is suspected.
